This two-day instructor-led course explains how to perform the tasks in the central management console (CMC). These tasks involve supporting BusinessObjects Enterprise users and groups so they can access corporate data through the web portal in BusinessObjects Enterprise. This corporate data can take the form of Crystal Reports, BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, or Desktop Intelligence documents, OLAP Intelligence reports, program objects, object packages, and popular third-party objects, such as Microsoft Word and Excel files, among others.

BusinessObjects Enterprise XI - Administering Servers - Windows (SA310R2)

This three-day instructor-led course explains and demonstrates what each server component in BusinessObjects Enterprise does and how it is configured. You will install and configure each component and learn how information flows from server to server for system processes such as logging on to the system, scheduling reports and viewing reports. You will learn to use the Central Management Console (CMC) and the Central Configuration Manager (CCM) to manage and configure the servers and will also practice troubleshooting system problems when they arise.

BusinessObjects Enterprise XI - Designing and Deploying a Solution (SA410R2)

This two-day instructor-led gives you the skills and knowledge required to design and deploy a BusinessObjects Enterprise system. Through hands-on activities and instructor demonstration, you will analyze customer requirements, and design architecture and a system management plan to meet the customer's needs. Based on the design, you will deploy the solution in a classroom environment. You'll also learn how to migrate system content from one environment to another.
